Now for the stuff that isn’t nearly as fun as eating cheese…
If you are unable to attend a class for which you have registered, class registration fees are non-refundable, but they are transferable (your friend will be sooo happy). Alternatively, if you must cancel your registration, we are happy to issue you a school credit that may be applied to future classes, for up to one year, provided cancellation notice is given 48 hours prior to the beginning of the original class. No exceptions on the 48 hours rule (sorry). Additionally, we do not allow multiple cancellations and re-registrations with the same school credit — you may only use a credit once.
Due to our small class sizes and specific, perishable class materials, we require 7 days notice of a cancellation for a group of 4 or more people in order to issue school credits.
If you’ve purchased a registration for an event that is a fundraiser, we will not be able to issue you a class credit regardless of the amount of notice you’ve given us of your cancellation. However, your registration is still transferable.
If in the unlikely event that we must cancel a class, you will receive a lengthy apology and have the option of receiving a refund or applying any fees paid to a future class.
Corkage is $25. In most classes, additional wine by the glass is available for purchase.
Raw Milk, Gluten, and Nuts
Please be aware that periodically we serve raw milk cheese, gluten-containing blue cheese, animal rennet cheeses, and nuts. If you have any gluten or nut allergies, are avoiding animal rennet or are pregnant and concerned about consuming raw milk cheeses, please tell a member of the staff when you arrive. We’ll be happy to tell you what to avoid.
