The Cheese School of San Francisco is the only institution of its kind in the Bay Area dedicated entirely to helping people maximize their enjoyment and appreciation of cheese. The curriculum is designed to satisfy food lovers of all types, from the merely curious, to the serious cheese enthusiast, to the food service professional.

PACKAGE OFFERS

While all of our classes can be taken individually, we are offering special Cheese 101 Series and Janet Fletcher Series packages allowing students to register for all three classes in each series at a discounted price of $165 – a $30 savings over individual class registration fees.  See Registration Procedures and Policies for more info.

DROP-IN NIGHT REMINDER

A reminder that we are holding a special Drop-In Night this Friday, August 29 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. celebrating The Cheese School's Second Anniversary with a salute to Slow Food Nation. Drop-In Nights are an alternative to the more structured setting of scheduled classes.  These evenings are fun, relaxed and social. Advance registration is not required and participants can come late or leave early. $30 per person.
